About
Claudia is a South Texas based artist specializing in painting and illustration. Her subject matter encompasses dream states, time, and the liminal qualities of life. Drawing heavily on symbolism and the surreal, her work gives voice to the immaterial qualities of experience. After teaching art in higher education for several years, she now works as Educator in a regional historical museum. The artist resides with her husband, two cats, a box turtle and many, many succulent plants.
